Symptom
Possible Cause(s)

 Lamp LED

 Light Yellow If the set is playing, then lamp
clock needs to be reset to zero.
 Reset the lamp clock to zero.
  Light is Yellow
(blinking)
 Lamp cover is not on properly Check lamp cover to make sure it
 is closed properly.
  Light is Green
(blinking)
 Normal power down mode.
Unit cooling down.
 AC Power should not be removed.
  Light is Red Lamp did not light.
Possible bad lamp or lamp
ballast power supply.
 Replace the lamp.
Call Mitsubishi for Lamp
 Status LED

 Light Yellow Too hot inside the optic assembly.
 Make sure fan exhaust is not blocked.
 Check for dust build up. Call for service.

  Light is Yellow
(blinking)
 If the set is not playing,
then filter cover is open.
 Close the filter cover.

 Light is Red
(blinking)
 Fan or fans have stopped. Possible bad fan or power board.
Call for service.

 Light is Red
(not blinking)

 If the set is not playing,
then probable circuit failure.
 One or more of several boards may be bad.
Call for service.

 Power LEDLight is Green Normal operation.
 Set should be on.
  Light is Green
(blinking)
 Normal. Set has lost power.
 Set is booting up.
 Do not remove AC Power.
  Light is Green
(slowly blinking)
 Normal. On timer set. Set should be on.
  Off Unit turned off normally. --
